The main house on the Middle Fork Ranch property is approximately 2,840 square feet. The house has 3+ bedrooms (2 upstairs, 1+ down), 1-3/4 baths, a large upstairs living/dining room, and an equally large downstairs office/studio/family room. In addition, downstairs there is a utility room (with washer and dryer), 3 storage rooms (one of which could serve as an additional bedroom), and another room which would be excellent as a plant room or which could be finished as a sauna, serve as a bright & light studio space, or made into a large, luxury bath. A large mudroom/entryway is conveniently situated to access both the upstairs and downstairs sections of the home.
The house layout is extremely flexible. The main downstairs room is now used as an office (see photo below); it has a large and efficient woodstove; and it could be used as a spacious master bedroom. The lower bath could be expanded into an exceptional master bathroom.
One of the upstairs bedrooms is now used as a library — it could also be a studio or reading room, or just as a second upstairs bedroom. Likewise, the large storage room downstairs could be easily converted into a 4th bedroom.
In addition, there are 300 square feet of covered deck upstairs and covered patio downstairs.
All in all, the house is a comfortable home just as it is, or could be re-configured to your dreams and desires.

Outside, the house has a low-maintenance metal roof, a large upstairs covered deck, and a downstairs covered patio. The house is wired for satellite TV, satellite Internet, and has a cell-phone booster antenna (with an amplifier inside the house).

Landscaping around the house is both natural — shrubs, bushes, trees, lupine, wild raspberries, roses — and planted (with Columbine, Iris, Lilac, Peonies, and more) and lawn areas.
