The "Cabin" on the Middle Fork Ranch property is actually a fully self-contained living quarters. It features a large living area, with fireplace, propane heater, and a kitchen/dining area. The 880-square-foot cabin has a 3/4 bath and one bedroom, as well as an attached storage/utility room. In addition, there is a covered front porch for sitting and watching the ducks alight on the Fish Pond, or for bar-b-cueing and relaxing.
Most recently, the cabin has been used as an artist's studio, but it would be excellent as a mother-in-law apartment, a caretaker's quarters, or simply a little get-away spot. It could also be a rental unit.

Fed from the all-year-flowing Middle Fork creek, the pond has a sustaining fish population!

The cabin has full plumbing, septic, and water, plus propane-operated heater, water heater, refrigerator, and stove. It also has a large stone fireplace. It is wired for electricity but does not currently have its own generator or solar system. With the planned-for public utility electric power, the cabin could easily and quickly be fully powered. Alternatively, a generator or solar power could be added simply and easily. The cabin is also wired for satellite TV.
